Novice Rep, 2015-2016 (Dresden Minor Hockey)

The Dresden Novice Reps won their pool at the St. George tournament with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss.   This sent our kids directly to the semifinal where they were matched up with #1 seed, Aylmer.   Dresden played their best 2 periods of the year against a very tough team holding the score at 2 to 1 before Aylmer eventually took control in the waning minutes for the win.   Coaches and parents are proud of the kids' efforts and look forward to even better results at Silver Stick.  Good work team!

In a tight contest vs. the North Middlesex Stars the Dresden Reps stormed back with 4 unanswered goals in the 3rd period to win 7 to 4.  Solid goaltending, great passing by our defense and a smothering forecheck were all contributing factors in the big win. See you at practice on Wednesday!

In Tuesday's floorball action Kohen P. led his team to a 5 to 0 victory in game one with a beauty one-timer goal.  In game two it was all Brandon T. between the pipes leading his team to a big win to tie the series!  We'll see everyone at 4:30 on Friday.

Practice tonight 7:00-7:50pm Pictures next Wednesday, September 30th @ 6:45pm No ice this weekend. Last night Emma Mc backstopped Team Red to a 4 to 3 victory over Team Shirts in floorball.  Solid effort by all!  TSN highlight of the night was Kurtis S. and his crazy dangles!
