See the link below for the form that will need to be filled out and submitted to your Spordle account after you have completed the Vulnerable Sector Check.

All volunteers are required to complete a VSC. If you currently have an up to date Vulnerable Sector Check the declaration form will still need to be filled out every year and submitted to your Spordle account. Please see the OFH website for more info.
