Fantastic first game on Saturday Novice White!! I was really impressed with the kids and am excited about the year ahead! I have a few logistical items to help get us started:
Practices will be held on Friday nights at 5:30pm. We will share the full ice time (5:30 – 6:50) with the Maroon team for the time being, but might change things up in the near future...stay tuned.
Our team's picture night is Wednesday, Sept 30th at 7pm. Please arrive early so that we don't hold up the schedule. I will have the team jerseys ready.
I plan to have a parent meeting after practice on Oct 2nd. We will discuss communication protocols, tournaments, volunteer opportunities and general expectations.
It was pointed out to me that the DMHA website calendar currently shows both the Novice Maroon and Novice White teams playing at 9am in Dresden this Saturday. I've confirmed that it is our team (white) that has that ice time...the other should be changed shortly.
Also,please look to the team website often for updates and the most current schedule.
