THANK YOU
We finished our season in 4th place!  Great job Dresden Maroon!

We had a great weekend at the Tilsonburg Tournament, making it to the Semi-Finals only to go up against our the Dresden White team.  As always another nail bitter that could of went either way, but the White team had luck on their side again.

message from Coach Tuck....
I would like to thank Tony, Chris, Joe and Adam for all their help this season. I could always count on "Taco Tony" to remember the jerseys, water bottles, trainers kit and knowing what colour to wear at home/away games.  Webby and Joe did a great job running the D and were a big help during all of our practices.  I appreciate the fact that we all had the same coaching philosophy....everyone plays, it's all about being a team and making friends and long lasting memories.  Who knew we had "MC Hammer" as an assistant trainer.  I'm sure Adam surprised us all with his breakdancing moves!  Adam was always willing to do whatever was needed for the team.  I would also like to thank Jim Williams for all of the time he spent helping at practice.  Thanks to Shannon McFadden for taking care of the website and helping with the team stickers so I didn't have to write out the player names each game.  I could always count on the Heuvelmans to run the clock for our home games.  Thanks goes out to them.  Lastly, I would like to thank all of the parents for a great year!  I know I have certainly enjoyed this season with such a great group of kids.  You all should be proud of how wonderful your children are!  I feel at this age, the kids are not going to remember how many games they won, or how many games they lost....they are going to remember all of the friends and fun they had growing together. as a team.  To me....that's what it's all about!   It was great to see that everyone had a chance to score a goal! Congratulations to Clark and Marty on their first goal ever!
